Justin Linscott is the primary tax Principal of Holbrook & Manter and the leader of the firm’s Private Wealth Group. Justin has been with Holbrook & Manter since 2005, focusing on all areas of tax, with an emphasis on estate and trust planning, family office services, and complex tax planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Justin also serves as an advisor to current and retired professional athletes with varying sports backgrounds. Justin is a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor.
In addition, Justin is a CFP professional, which provides him with a strong foundation and framework for advising clients and working with other professionals to give the client a holistic planning experience. He draws on years of familiarity working in his own family businesses to advise clients on multi-generational planning needs. His first-hand experience allows him to better serve clients globally.

He is often sought out and regularly referred to by various professionals for his knowledge and experience in tax and especially with estate planning and fiduciary taxation. Along with his wife and three children, Justin resides in New Albany, Ohio. Similar to how he advises his clients, Justin’s family has used philanthropic planning tools by creating their own family foundation to serve others in the local community.
