Justin Linscott is the primary tax Principal of Holbrook & Manter and the leader of the firm’s Private Wealth Group. Justin has been with Holbrook & Manter since 2005, focusing on all areas of tax, with an emphasis on estate and trust planning, family office services, and complex tax planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Justin also serves as an advisor to current and retired professional athletes with varying sports backgrounds. Justin is a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor.
In addition, Justin is a CFP professional, which provides him with a strong foundation and framework for advising clients and working with other professionals to give the client a holistic planning experience. He draws on years of familiarity working in his own family businesses to advise clients on multi-generational planning needs. His first-hand experience allows him to better serve clients globally.
Justin is relentlessly passionate about solving the complex tax needs of our clients with unequaled quality, passion and professionalism. He is often sought out and regularly referred to by various professionals for his knowledge and experience in tax and especially with estate planning and fiduciary taxation. Justin is often recognized for his talents and the contributions he makes to the community. He is a member of the Forty Under 40 Class of 2016. Along with his wife and three children, Justin resides in New Albany, Ohio. Similar to how he advises his clients, Justin’s family has used philanthropic planning tools by creating their own family foundation to serve others in the local community.
Zac Anderson is the Director of Holbrook & Manter’s Private Wealth Group. He joined Holbrook & Manter in 2016, concentrating on taxation. His areas of focus include real estate, family/closely held businesses, high net-worth families, professional athletes, and trust and estate planning.
Zac’s main goal with his clients is to be a true proactive holistic advisor. He believes each client has their own unique tax planning opportunities. Those needing guidance with private wealth from across the United States and beyond turn to Zac to help them navigate complex tax planning issues. He assists them in staying compliant and financially successful through constant communication and working partnerships with their other advisors.
Zac is a native to Cincinnati and attended The Ohio State University. Before joining H&M Zac interned with Deloitte and the Ohio Department of Taxation. Zac is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). He was selected for and graduated from the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Elevate CBUS leadership program.
Zac and his wife, Leda, are in the throes of raising two young kids. They reside in Columbus and are involved with various community organizations. Zac’s love for his family has only grown the passion he has for helping his clients grow and secure their legacy for future generations.
